Arrival into the Oetztal Valley
The Oetztal Valley starts some 40 km to the west of Innsbruck in the Inntal Valley. The Oetztal Valley can be accessed most easily via the Inntal motorway (A12 – toll sticker required). From exit 123 for Oetztal, follow the Oetztal Strasse (B186) on to Soelden.
Arriving at the Hotel Alpina
Follow the Dorfstrasse through Soelden past the Giggijoch station and the Sporthaus RIML towards the church. Turn off right some 200 m before the church onto the Rettenbachstrasse which leads gradually up to the Hotel Alpina.
Arriving by train
Take the train to Innsbruck or Oetztal station. From here, take the bus towards Soelden (4 x daily from Innsbruck, 8 x daily from Oetztal).
Arriving by plane
If you land at Innsbruck airport by plane, you should then take the train on to Oetztal station and from here continue by bus towards Soelden (8 x daily).
